The schools are performing. The parks are already there. The market isn’t overheated.

The only real tradeoff is location. Eastmark is on the southeast side of Mesa. If you work on the west side of Phoenix or need to be near the airport, you’re looking at a commute. But if you’re remote or work anywhere on the east side of the valley, Eastmark fits perfectly into daily life.
