You Are Reaching the Broker, Not a Call Center

When you call 480-244-1528 or send a message from this page, it comes to me. It does not go into a lead pool, it is not sold on to another agent, and you will not get a chain of automated follow-ups from software pretending to be a person. Red Penny Realty is a small brokerage on purpose, and being reachable is most of the point.

What Happens After You Get In Touch

I reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
The first conversation is about your situation and timeline, not a pitch. If what you need is not something I do, I will tell you and point you somewhere useful.
If you are buying, we talk about budget, areas and lender before we look at a single house.
If you are selling, I will look at your property and come back with real comparable sales rather than a number designed to win the listing.
Nothing is committed until you sign something, and I will not ask you to sign anything on a first call.

Where We Are

The office is at 5843 E Scarlet Circle, Mesa, AZ 85215, in north east Mesa near the Red Mountain area. It is easy to reach from the Loop 202, and there is parking on site. If it is more convenient to meet somewhere closer to you, or at a property, I am happy to do that instead.

Areas We Serve

Mesa is home and where I know the streets best, but I work across the East Valley and greater Phoenix: Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and Phoenix itself. If you are looking somewhere I genuinely do not know well, I will say so rather than wing it.

The Fastest Way to Reach Me

A phone call gets the quickest answer, and voicemail is checked. Email at contact@redpennyrealty.com works well for anything with documents attached. The form on this page is fine for a first hello. If you are on a deadline, say so in the first line and I will treat it that way.

Office hours run Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 9pm, but real estate does not keep office hours and neither do I when a client is under contract.
